Windows Communication foundation Tutorial

Hi,

Last time, i implement a web services to make it another application can invoke my function and both of it can communicate.

Now, i really want to upgrade my knowledge to apply Windows Communication Foundation ("WCF"). Did anyone have a good sample/article to built WCF services and how the client can call it.
