to find an loop through checked rows or gv1 

foreach (GridViewRow objGridViewRow in ListGridView.Rows)
{
   if (((CheckBox)(objGridViewRow.FindControl("AddCheckBox"))).Checked = true)
    {
      add as a new row to a datatable.
    }

}

 Bind the above datatable to gv2.
