How to clints connection to sqlserver

Hello every one
I have question a  bout connection between pc clients to sqlserver database,I created  sample application database with vb.net
now I have three computers on the pc1 I installed  sqlserver 2005 and p2 ,p3 I installed Application database now I can't  connect to sql server  how I can connect p2 and p3 to sqlserver database or how to using connection string between them
please explain it
